The Little Guests Lounge is a premium supervised kids club designed for weddings and events. We provide a safe, calm, beautifully styled space where children can play, create, and relax, while parents enjoy the celebration stress-free.

We are not a childcare service and do not operate under childcare licensing. Parents remain onsite and responsible at all times.

  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Experience supervising young children
  • Professional training in TLGL policies
  • A calm, warm, child-focused approach

At least one staff member per event holds first-aid training.

0-12 years old.

Infants (0-24 months) may join under our Infant Policy, parents remain fully responsible for all personal care.

No. To stay compliant and safe, we do not provide personal care.

We do NOT:

  • Change nappies
  • Bottle-feed or spoon-feed
  • Assist with toileting
  • Change clothing
  • Put children to bed
  • Perform settling routines

If a child needs personal care, parents are contacted immediately via buzzer/SMS.

Yes, infants are welcome for supervised play. Parents may place infants in a stroller or portable bed.

If the infant wakes or needs attention → parent is contacted instantly. We do not pick up, settle, or feed infants.

YES, always.

Parents must remain onsite at all times for safety and compliance.

We may offer parent-approved light snacks and water.

We do NOT:

  • Serve allergy-risk foods
  • Allow food sharing
  • Feed children who cannot self-feed
  • Handle infant bottles
  • Themed craft packs
  • Sensory bins
  • Extra staff
  • Extended hours
  • Movie corner (tablet, no internet)
  • Premium toy sets
  • Wedding card-making station
  • Ceremony only

Staffing depends on:

  • Number of children
  • Ages
  • Event duration
  • Room size

Standard ratio: 1 staff per 5-8 children.
